01
The challenge
PDPAOLA’s entry into Greece required more than promotion. It meant creating the local digital and commercial ecosystem for an established international jewellery brand, preserving its identity while adapting it to the Greek market. The work connected the international headquarters in Spain, the exclusive Greek representative and the teams responsible for e-commerce, marketing, performance and launch.
02
Brand value before conversion
The strategy built desirability and brand value before moving progressively towards conversion. PR, retail activations, influencer communication and upper-funnel digital activity were connected with prospecting and retargeting. Awareness, consideration and decision formed one complete funnel rather than disconnected brand and sales programmes.
03
Launch & project leadership
A central workstream was the creation and launch preparation of pdpaola.gr. Marianthi coordinated the internal team, the Greek representative’s team and communication with international HQ. Brand requirements, technical infrastructure, e-commerce, PR, influencer strategy, retail presence and performance planning had to meet the same launch timeline.
The Greek strategy also drew on existing international e-commerce data: customer behaviour, product performance, funnel and media performance.
04
The launch outcome
The project concluded with the brand’s Greek market launch and the new local e-commerce ecosystem. Its demonstrated value is the organisation of a complex international market-entry project and the translation of an international strategy into a functioning local launch. No post-launch sales or performance results are claimed.
Reported outcomes
Greek launch
The completed Greek market entry and e-commerce launch are the documented outcome.
Measurement & scope notes
Scope is explicitly limited to pre-launch and launch. Post-launch performance was outside the engagement. E-commerce project leadership is not a claim of personal software development or sole authorship.
